While the company has an extensive partnership with Oracle, Sairam explains that their capabilities extend beyond that. “We also have something called AVAMIGRATRON.
It is developed in-house and addresses the issue of interoperability by identifying what exactly needs to be migrated. It could be the migration of data, functionality, workflows, version history, etcetera, and the whole process may involve platform differences and complexities that are difficult to overcome otherwise,” says Sairam. AVASOFT achieves comprehensive migration to Office 365 and other platforms like SharePoint, Dynamics AX, and Dynamics CRM through a design approach adopted to meet distributed environment requirements. AVAMIGRATRON can run on multiple instances simultaneously, enabling the migration of large amounts of data quickly and efficiently.
AVASOFT caters to organizations across different verticals, including financial services, insurance, nonprofit organizations, government, healthcare, and manufacturing, all with the mission to drive business gains through effective IAM solutions. A recent success story involves a large insurance company in the US, which was concerned about its ability to manage identity and access through a single console. The company came to AVASOFT to get assistance in enabling single sign-on for all applications, allowing multi-factor authentication and monitoring sensitive information management of more than 2,000 identities throughout its system. In addition to proposing and implementing the right Oracle IAM solutions that meet the overarching needs, AVASOFT also automated the event processes of provisioning and de-provisioning user identities. On implementing these solutions, AVASOFT created specific rules for fine-grain entitlement and giving access privileges to users across various applications. The solution also included the configuration of single sign-on with Oracle IAM, as well as multi-factor authentication for applications across the board. The insurance company was able to govern, monitor, and manage access privileges from a single location while effectively providing users a single-sign-on environment. Security across all applications was enhanced, and the customer’s compliance requirements were met without any issue.
